Canopy Tour Job Application

Cook - Join the Alliance Redwoods Food Service team as a Cook. This is an opportunity to provide service to our guests by planning, preparing and serving buffet style meals for up to 450 people. Responsibilities include: Preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks based on menu selection as directed by Food Service Manager. Preparing the salad bar based upon menu selection as directed by Food Service Manager. Maintaining hot and cold food service lines stocking/cleaning/shut down. Supervise kitchen staff during meals and assure the preparation of meals. Assisting guests in food service requests. Full time, with benefits and housing.

On-Call Program Specialist: Alliance Redwoods needs an on-call challenge course facilitator to work among California Redwoods for youth outdoor education weeks and for weekend adult groups. Challenge courses include high ropes courses, climbing walls, dirt-boarding (skateboarding on downhill dirt tracks), canoeing and kayaking on the Russian River, mountain biking. Training is provided on-site.
