Lodging Questions

How is lodging assigned?

Lodging is assigned by the Sales and Marketing Department according to the group’s initial need and the needs of other groups that may be in camp at the same time.

What is included in linen set up?

Full linens include a top sheet, bottom sheet, blanket, pillow and pillowcase, bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, soap.

We are registered for a cabin - where are the restrooms located for cabins?

The cabin restrooms are a short distance from each group of cabins. Please refer to the ARCG site map for more information about the cabins, Birdland, Mains, Forest Village.

What is the basic difference between Lodge-level and Cabin-level lodging?

Lodge –level lodging includes toilet, sink, and shower inside your room and all linens are included. Cabin-level lodging does not include linens and all restroom & shower facilities are a short distance away.

Can we view floor plans of the lodging/cabin rooms?

Lodging Rooms and Virtual Tour.

Do all lodging/cabins have electricity?

Yes, all of our lodging and cabins have electricity, including the Yurts.

Are lodges/cabins heated?

Yes, all are heated.

Meeting Room Questions

When/How are meeting rooms assigned?

Meeting rooms are assigned by Guest Services according to group size and each group’s specific needs. Four (4) weeks prior to your retreat you will get a final verification of your meeting rooms so that you can enter the rooms names in your retreat schedule.

Can we select the meeting room setups prior to coming to ARCG?

Yes, we encourage our guests to do this prior to coming. Guest Services assigns the meeting rooms 4 (four) weeks prior to your retreat.

What Audio / Video Equipment is available?

Meeting Rooms
Projectors, screens, LCD & DVD players are available in all meeting rooms. In addition, some rooms may have keyboards, karyoke machines, etc. for guest group use. NOTE: ALL GUEST GROUPS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP COMPUTERS, Alliance Redwoods does not have a laptop available for guest groups.

Will someone be available to help us with Audio/Video (especially in the Tabernacle)?

Yes, our accommodations staff is trained and available 6am – 11pm to help with any of your group’s needs.

Can we have multiple breakout rooms?

We guarantee one meeting room per retreat group, we are happy to assign break out rooms whenever possible. This is determined by how many retreat groups are at camp and the group’s size.
